If the answer was “yes” to any of these questions, then the College of Performance Management (CPM) has an opportunity for you. The mission of CPM is to “share, promote, and advance the best of planning, control, and performance management for projects of all sizes and complexity.” Our organization is a Type A liaison to Technical Committee 258 Project, Programme, and Portfolio Management (TC 258) and an ISO Technical Committee. CPM participates to increase knowledge of performance measurement in the guise of guidance standards, implementation guides, and other published ISO material.
The CPM Mirror Committee is seeking to grow its membership to enable it to have a cadre of volunteers to participate in various TC 258 or other TC activities including working groups (WGs), sub-committees (SCs), or ad hoc groups (AHGs).
To join the CPM Mirror Committee, you must be a member of CPM. Once you join, you will be eligible to participate in other volunteer activities of CPM, as well as interact with other leaders in the area of performance measurement and related areas in the field of project, program, and portfolio management.
